Refund and Cancellation Policy – Soldress

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except additional costs due to choosing a delivery method other than the standard option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Items purchased through store credit or gift vouchers.
Consumers residing outside the European Union at the time of the contract who have both their residence and delivery address outside the EU.
